🏃 Activities & Shoe Assignment
A run was not assigned to a shoe?
An activity is waiting for assignment?
A run appears twice or is missing?
Solegaze syncs runs through Apple Health.
Sometimes activities may need manual assignment if no default pair was set.
If something looks wrong, send us:
Your device model
iOS version
A short description of the issue
👟 Shoes & Wear Tracking
Mileage looks incorrect?
Wear percentage not updating?
A shoe seems to have the wrong stats?
Mileage and usage are calculated from your synced activities.
If something doesn’t look right, include:
The shoe model
A screenshot of the shoe page
The activity involved (if applicable)
🔔 Notifications & Wear Alerts
Not receiving wear alerts?
Threshold notifications not appearing?
Activity assignment reminder missing?
Check that notifications are enabled in:
Settings → Solegaze → Notifications
If alerts still don’t work, let us know.
